Dr. Larissa Colleen Madore, MD

We love Dr. Madore. She is always so welcoming and is very thorough in every checkup. Our questions are met with honest answers that are so helpful to our everyday life. She makes us feel comfortable yet doesn’t skirt around the hard questions. She is very personable and puts our minds at ease yet makes solutions to problems clear and simple without the fear of question when we leave. She makes raising our infant a little less stressful knowing we have her and her staff at hand.

I think Dr. Madore is a decent pediatrician, but I expect more than that. I had a ridiculous situation develop where I needed documentation of my daughter's birthmarks. She has been seen by the doctor 12+ times. When my daughter was a newborn I had specific conversations as a concerned new mom about them with her. Every checkup Dr. Madore saw them- and yet, she never documented them in her chart. What bothered me even more than that was apparently she didn't even remember who my daughter was. They are memorable birthmarks. I would hope the person I entrust my daughter's health in, would have a good enough memory to be able to give me something stating my daughter had 2 birthmarks without requiring and charging me for a visit fee. At the very least, she should chart better if her memory isn't that great! I just saw a new pediatrician today and I can't tell you how thankful I am this situation arose. I didn't know the warmth and genuine compassion my daughter was missing out… on in a pediatrician. I don't think Dr. Madore is an evil monster- you could do a lot worse, but I also feel you could do a lot better and that is why I felt compelled to write this review. I am sure we all want the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable pediatrician we can find for our children.
