Dr. Larry Louis Bans, MD

The doc was great, but the staff needs to be more compassionate and educated. Well, I shouldn't say all of them, but the newer medical assistant for sure. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was rude the last couple of times I was in. Besides being belittled by the staff, they physician was pleasant and educated.

We searched the internet for the best Urologist in Arizona. Dr. Bans was among the top ten. We read about his story and experience, and how his patients would rate him. What I have to say is short compared to how he is as a Physician. This is the first doctor that I have met that connects with the patient, caring, understanding, he has a huge heart, and makes you feel confident in him Overall he is a wonderful man and Physician my husband had his prostate removed and after surgery he felt no pain at all. during my husbands surgery he called me on my cell phone to inform me that the prostate was removed and that everyhting looked good. What doctor will call you in the middle of a surgery to tell you how things are going? This tells you the man he is. We give him 10 stars in everything. You will not be dissappointed. One other thing the staff is wonderful, they follow up, they take care of you, all of them Dr. Larry Bans and his staff are very compasionate. He is the best!!

Dr. Bans was my second urology specialist I spoke to about my prostate cancer. Afer 5 minutes discussing my case I knew he was the best choice. He performed my surgery without complications & I am about to receive my 3 year check-up. All test have been cancer free.Larry is am amazing, caring true Doctor & I recommend him often.

Very professional,caring and a likable Doc as well.Knows his stuff..I trust him.

Dr is easy to talk too and doesn't hurry through an appointment. Currently he does not taking medicare.
