Dr Flake has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He and his staff have always been helpful and efficient. Dr Flake listens to all of our health issues, answers our questions, and makes sure that we understand the care that he gives. He and his team, especially his nurse, make sure that we receive the best care possible. We are blessed to have him as our primary care physician and friend.

Doesn't do thorough exam ie...listen to heart, lungs, look at throat Etc. Over 3 yr period...!!!

Does not listen to heart or chest ( lungs ) does not look at eyes Or check up at all !!! Even after 8 mos latest visit. Senior too. Very shoddy , haphazardness.

This is the most caring Dr. I have ever seen. He actually listens and takes the time to help you. His nurses and office staff are also very friendly.

This doctor tends to get upset with you when calling after hours use caution, you just might get your head bit off! No bedside matters. Do doctors not take an oath for that? I am looking for a good caring and compassionate DR., any one have any recommendation on that?

Dr. Flake is a capable doctor, but his staff is hard to deal with. His nurse fails to post medication changes to your chart and follow up on doctors orders. His staff is rude and argumentative.
