Dr. Larry Duane Spradlin, MD

Dr. Spradlin is the most compassionate and caring gynecologist. He has time to listen and explain. He is always cognizant of each patient's special needs. Excellent doctor!

My first time seeing this doctor. Very happy with all aspects, from initial contact, through visit with staff and doctor, and even follow up call with test results from the doctor himself.

He was rude, did not take my concerns seriously and made me feel humiliated! I won't ever see him again. I have fibroids and he didn't want to order a ultrasound but I told him it's my money and it would ease my concerns. He tried to tell me I didn't have fibroids because he couldn't feel them- I had 2 moderate sizes fibroids according to the US!! He won't listen to me and to,d me my pain was because of my size. I'm a RN and would never treat my patients the way I was treated by him! I do want to say he is does not represent the others in the same practice, most of the doctors in Rockhill are amazing!! Also the staff in the office are great too:)

I was most impressed by the amount of time he spent with me in the office - he explained things in a very detailed manner - he's really a wonderful teaching spirit. He personally called me with some test results, left a message saying tests looked really good, but that he'd try to keep calling me until we could talk further. He did just that, and we had a lengthy conversation about my situation and follow-ups. I really appreciated the personal contact and the caring attitude!

I've been going to Dr. Spradlin since he began practicing. It's been 22 years now and he delivered my son 21 years ago. He is an excellent, caring doctor.
