Laura Aronson, DO

Arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early, taken to exam room in a timely manner, but then I waited over an hour before the doctor made an appearance. Several times I almost went to check why the delay but decided to wait and see just how long before she came in. During all that time no one had the courtesy to let me know it would be a while before the doctor would see me. While I did like the doctor, her manner, etc., waiting over an hour in an exam room is totally unacceptable. The nurse when checking me in never asked for my medicine list. I had to give the list to the doctor and ask her about any interactions with the medicine she was prescribing and the few I am taking. The follow up by the nurse after a few days to give me results of my tests only gave me highlights and when I asked a question she had to ask someone (Dr?) for the answer. The doctor should have called and spoken with me about the test results and answer my questions. I guess she is just too important. Well,… she has lost a future patient because of this discourteous treatment.

She’s a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable Doctor. She takes the time to actually listen to you. Her Nurse Laura is sweet, kind and knowledgeable too. I’m so glad that I found such a wonderful Doctor. If you’re looking for a great Doctor look no further.
