Would give less than 1 star if I could.

I was initially pleased with the doctor and office staff until the bill arrived. I had called ahead before making my initial appointment to verify that they accepted my insurance and were part of my network. The office staff called me back and stated they had verified this and they were an in-network provider. Four visits and 2 months later I received an unexpected bill in the mail. .Surprise, I was being charged out-of-network. I called the office and they accepted no responsibility and simply claimed its your responsibility to pay and it will be going to collections if you don't. I asked if the doctor had been informed of this and they said yes she had and reiterated I was responsible for the misinformation they had passed on to me. Very unprofessional. The lack of accountability and lack of empathy was shocking to say the least. Save yourself a surprise and find another doctor/office

I can honestly say that I have never left a bad review for anything but this one is needed. I had a 9:00 am appointment with Dr Laura Bonds and would not be seen because I arrived at 8:45 am. I was told that I would have to reschedule because I wasn’t there at 8:30 am. Per the reminder email I received from them, it stated that I needed to be there 15 minutes early with paperwork filled out. I was then told by the office manager that the Dr said she will not see me. I told her my previous history of stroke and that I was having vision issues like I had in the past and was told by the office manager that I needed to see an eye doctor. She then told me the doctor couldn’t help me without my previous records which I was not told to bring to the appointment. I told the person that made my appt about my past and was not told those records would be needed. All they cared about was that I wasn’t there at 8:30 am. After showing her the email that states, 15 minutes early with paperwork… filled out, she said she would look into that. Dr Bonds obviously didn’t want to hear my story and help me and that is what was so disappointing.

The staff is excellent and goes out of your way to help you. Dr. Bonds is also excellent and very thorough!

Dr. Bonds and her staff are amazing! She takes the time to explain everything and to listen to you.

I was referred to " Dr. " Bonds by another specialist. When I stopped by the office to make an appointment, I was asked to fill out new patient paperwork before a date was even on the books, all the while they were reviewing notes from the referring and other doctors. " Dr. " Bonds already had a diagnosis without seeing me, even though I advised the front office staff that another specialist who works in the area of her diagnosis noted this was not the case. I was told in a very rude manner that her decision was final and that a first time appointment would not be made. Considering other similar one star reviews, it's best that an appointment was not made as it would have been a waste of money, and a further wast of time.

I made an appointment and went to Dr. Bonds office. She already had her mind made up before she even walked into my room. She has no bedside mannerism and thinks she knows everything (which she doesn't). I had a stroke recently and she didn't even do an exam or test(s) on me. I asked her to fill out my disability and work paperwork and she wouldn't. There was a cyst on my left hand from the medicine and I asked her to look at it. She did nothing. She told me I'm blaming everything on the stroke and to stop it. I told her I'm getting a second opinion and she got mad and escorted me to the front. I had to ask the receptionist for both doctors. I saw my regular PCP and he gave me a letter for work, x-rayed the cyst on my hand, referred me to Pulmonologist, and filled out my disability paperwork. I'm never going back to Dr. Bonds again. I canceled all future appointments I had with her. SHE SUCKS!!!!
