Dr. Laura Brannen, MD

I scheduled an appointment back in the beginning of October with Dr. Brannon because I had been bleeding for around 50 days straight at the time. I told them I had the birth control implant for about 2.5 years, so they were like yeah we'll replace it. We'll call you in about two weeks when it arrives. Two and a half weeks go by and I call them and I got a very short answer rude response basically saying they'd call me. Then two more weeks go by I am still bleeding so I call to check, and I get another rude no compassion short answer. After this I was able to go to a different clinic and within a week they were able to help me and realize just replacing the implant wouldn't help, because it wasn't expired. Now today almost 4 full months after my appointment the office called me to try and schedule an appointment for it. I would have been bleeding for nearly 200+ days if I had waited till now. Dr. Brannon herself was nice enough, but I hope she will work with her office on client… service, and communication.

Dr. Brannen has great bedside manner, but she is not willing to dig in to issues you may run into. If you want a pro-active doctor that will help you learn about your body and solve problems, see someone else.

Dr. Brannen is the best. She walks in with a smile on her face and ready to help. She is super easy to talk to and her bedside manner is great.

Doctor Brannen was so easy to get in to see. When I went in, she took her time to get to know me, show she cared about helping me fix my problems, and showing me that she wanted me to be there. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I am so glad to have finally found such a great doctor!
