I’m a long time patient with attention deficit. I should have left ages ago but didn’t follow my gut. This office offered virtual appointments every 3 months. It was convenient enough that I turned my head when I was charged copay's which weren’t required by United. A few months back this office moved to Psych+. The reviews for Psych+ are terrible and definitely worth researching. Psych+ has an “office policy” to see patients every 4 weeks which equates to 13 visits a year. The phone calls are redundant and have no value. I stayed because the office had all my info and let’s face it, I was too lazy to find a new doctor. But yesterday I got my explanation of benefits in the mail and Psych+ has been ripping off my insurance company by billing $1,068 for these phone calls. This has gone on for the past 4 months, since they switched over to Psych+.

Something needs to be done about the recurring appointments which are now required every few weeks. This is not life threatening medication. We’re talking about attention deficit medication.

This office needs to be looked into. Why would I need an appointment every 4 weeks? I’ve been on Vyvans since I was a child. No problems with it. I was told 4 week visits were temporary while the office changed names so I agreed but now I’m told they are permanent? No way this is legit. I checked my insurance and they received $150 for a call with their office staff. The appointment takes 2 minutes and they ask if I have any side effects. They can’t justify the need for an appointment. This is so wrong! It’s taking advantage of insurers, insurance companies, and it’s wasting the time of the patients in the name of greed. Shame on you!

I gave Dr. Champagne five stars in every category but the website only shows three stars (?) Dr. Champagne is an excellent listener with a unique personality and calm demeanor. The support staff is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

When I checked in they said I would have to pay $100 when my co-pay is only $40. Right after my appointment I called Blue Cross and they said I should have only been charged my co-pay. We left a message which was never returned. The next day, I left another message and emailed them. I spoke to the owner and he said he'd get back to me and I still haven't heard anything from them. I will soon report them to my insurance company. As far as seeing the doctor...the moment she entered the room she didn't even introduce herself or greet me in any fashion - I was stunned at the lack of TLC. Sure it's great to be "professional" but not at the risk of loosing personable qualities. The first thing she did was look at my form and asked me if I was on medicine. She never looked up from the ipad she was hand-pecking notes on. If you want to take electronic notes, at least use a QWERTY pad.

I called Dr. Laura Champagne’s office to schedule an appointment for my 7 year old son. I gave them all his information including birthdate. They said you need to see our in house therapist first (Vanessa Tucker) before getting in with the psychiatrist, which we did. I brought documentation from previous doctor encounters and filled out loads of paperwork for my son. All confirming his age. After we completed the appointment with with Ms. Tucker, she walked us (15ft) to Ms. Champagne’s receptionist (Alyssa). Their offices are in the same suites. Vanessa told Alyssa that we would like to see Dr. Champagne and to get my son on the schedule. The earliest appointment was 43 days away. We took it. Champagnes office called and confirmed the appointment a few times. We showed up 15 minutes early to the appointment to then be told that Dr. Laura Champagne doesn’t see children. We were turned away. I wasted $110 (therapist fee) and 43 days to play their little scam game. I’m dumbfounded at… the incompetence of this office. We are in the process of reporting them to our insurance company.

Everytime I try to reach her to get a refill it takes 2-3 days I can't wait 2 or 3 Days To This medication

I've been a patience of Dr. Champagne's for almost a year now. My wait time is typically short and I just love Diana her assistant. Both Dr. Champagne and Diana are courteous, efficient, and easy to talk to. I appreciate all that they do for me. I left the Follows up after visit blank just because that is an N/A BUT if I call them I get a timely response.

Love Dr Champagne and her staff is awesome.
