Today at urgent care, she seemed okay when she walked in but after we requested a translator, her attitude kind of changed and she seemed annoyed. I don't think she should act this way when we were seen thirty minutes after the scheduled time. Besides her attitude, she was very careless in her practice. She did wash her hands before starting but she was called out to answer the phone, and when she came back, her hands touched the door and she did not wash them. This doctor also coughed without covering her mouth or wash her hands after and she coughed onto the computer monitor. What was even more ridiculous was when she gave us the prescription. She told us to give the patient (five years old) a dose of medication of 7.5 mL but on the prescription she put 10.5 mL. Her words and actions were only a minute apart. Again she was very careless. In the case that if we forgot what she said then we would be accidentally giving an overdose.
