Dr. Laura B Glicksman, DDS

My friend took her second child to a different orthodontist and was much happier. I regret not doing the same. Dr. Glicksman charges too much and takes too long for an average outcome.

Dr. Glicksman did a wonderful job with braces for my two daughters. They now have lovely smiles, and she made the process as painless as possible. They were always accommodating, and the pricing was very transparent and fair.

I would not recommend this office. Their all about the money, don't care so much about the patient, and tried to over charge me twice. My second son had the same treatment done at a different office, half the price and a lot more patient satisfaction.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laura Glicksman for 13 years. Laura is fantastic with her patients and always gives her undivided attention answering any questions I have. She demonstrates excellent knowledge in choosing the most appropriate forms of treatment to meet each patientâ??s individual need. I have since referred my husband to her for treatment, and his experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and upbeat, and the office is very clean. I would recommend Laura and her staff to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Needham area.

A disaster from start to finish. The front desk staff are rude and inflexible. Dr Glicksman treats her practice as a hobby not a profession. Patients are second to her lifestyle and time off. Over 80% of the time braces would break after adjusting which required a return visit which was IMPOSSIBLE to schedule. Bad doctor, bad service, bad office. Do NOT use her.
