Dr. Laura Gramse, DDS

My experience with Dr. Gramse was probably the worst encounter with a healthcare provider I have ever had. I took my husband there because he was experiencing severe tooth pain. The minute she walked into the room, without so much as a greeting, she looked into his mouth and said she couldn't do anything because he needed oral surgery. I replied that we couldn't afford it, and she answered 'You'll have to.' The next day we went to the dental clinic at U.Conn, where he was diagnosed with an infected tooth, prescribed an antibiotic, and we were told to come back in a few days for an extraction. Dr. Gramse is unprofessional, apathetic and negligent in the extreme--as evidenced by her failure to diagnose an obvious and treatable problem. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. You'd be better off tying your tooth to to a doorknob and slamming the door. I'd give her negative stars if I could.

Dr Gramse has to stop smoking cigarettes in between her patients. It’s all over her hands and breath. Disgusting

Dr. Gramse seems like a nice person but needs to stop smoking cigarettes in between patients. The smell on her hands and breath are terrible.
