Dr. Laura Christ Janes, DO

My lab work showed I was at an extreme risk for cancer, but Dr Janes was unaware that my results showed an unsafe level for cancer. Eighteen months after this test, I was lucky enough to go to another doctor on an unrelated matter who immediately referred me to an oncologist. This doctor probably saved my life.

I have a doctors appointment scheduled for 11:30am i arrive at 11:15am wait till 11:45 to get called back, which is usual, no problem there. They say my prescription will be faxed to the pharmacy at 12:15pm I go to Walgreens at 4pm and nothing is there, no record of anything being sent over, so they call the doctors office and apparently they forgot to fax it. Then I recall when I was leaving the doctors office a shipment from FedEx or UPS was arriving and I remember the receptionist saying all exited that the new copier is here and at that point I think my paperwork was pushed to the side! So back to Walgreens, after the Walgreens pharmacy staff got off the phone she said the person she was talking to said "the prescription was only for cough medicine" only cough medicine? Then why give me a prescription at all? So I'm looking for a new family doctor, taking suggestions.

Dr. Janes is an excellent doctor. She is always nice and makes you feel comfortable. She never acts rushed and will take the time to answer all questions.

I LOVE DR JANES. SHE GIVES YOU THE TIME YOU NEED TO TRULY FIGURE OUT WHAT PLAN WILL WORK BEST FOR YOU. THE TIME SPENT IN WAITING ROOM CAN BE A LITTLE ANNOYING, BUT OTHERWISE NO COMPLAINTS!
