I paid close to $2,000 for an office visit and tests and despite having out of network coverage, insurance denied several of the charges and discounted others by 70% or more because her charges are so excessive compared to reasonable and customary. I don't mind paying out of network doctors from time to time but would not go back because the charges were too excessive.

Excellent. I have been under the care of Dr. Dan Libby for almost 30 years and the addition to his practice of his daughter, Dr. Laura Libby, demonstrates that she is as concerned about, and diagnoses, her patients in the manner as her father. Dr. Dan has carried me through some difficult medical moments and I expect that Dr. Laura will too. Excellent physicians and good human beings.
