I would never go with her, she’s rude.

Worse experience ever. Dr. Loya never tells you what she is testing your blood for, they give you an appointment at a certain time and you are not seen until after an hr, when Dr finally sees you she does not take the time with you to ask how've you been, she takes about 10 min with you, they charge for everything EVEN if you have an insurance, you have to call to follow-up on test results because they will never call you, and when you call them they are never able to answer your questions. I was charged for things I wasn't supposed to pay and she hasn't returned my money!! DO Not go here her and her staff are the worse!!

Nonchalant to the point of rude. Unprofessional and incompetent. I've been waiting for a callback for over a month. I had no problems with the doctor re my medical care but her staff left a bad taste in my mouth and because she never cared to return my calls I had no choice but to seek another doctor.

I’ve been going here for about two years. To start she is ALWAYS behind anywhere from 30 minutes to TWO HOURS! The secretaries are rude and sit there and gossip. Usually when I would make an appointment it would be cancelled or rescheduled. I would explain that I cannot reschedule since I had to take a day off. They were never considerate. One time there was a clinical student with her tech. She didn’t even ask if it’s okay and she was having side conversations while checking me! Really? It was very unprofessional. I had an appointment yesterday for 12:45. When I said my name I looked at the list and my name wasn’t there. I also didn’t get a call for a reminder which I have gotten in the past. There were four women in front of me. The 45 minutes I waited, not a single women was called in but four more walked in! I was so frustrated and impatient that I requested my records sent to me. If I could, I would give negative stars.

Very disturbing experience. Complete lack of follow-up skills from front desk and Doctor. Trust the poor reviews, that’s all I have to say.

This has been the worst experience I've encountered as a patient. This physician has treated me unfairly. The judge mental behavior and bedside manor of this physician are appalling. Dr. Laura Loya-Franks concern for my medical health was non- existent.

She is the best doctor I have ever had, and very kind. She was able to help my Mother and I with what ended up being the same issue. If it had not been for her showing so much concern our medical issues would have gotten really bad.

The doctor herself is very nice. However, it makes me feel uncomfortable when she speaks Spanish with her staff. The office needs renovation and using a computer instead of a notebook is kinda â??expectedâ?? in the 21st century. The front desk/ assistants are very rude. The doctor is usually 20-30 minutes late but today she broke a record- I waited 60 minutes to see her. Much as I like her, the total experience was so bad that after regularly visiting her office for over a year Iâ??m ready to switch.

Terrible doctor. Had bleeding for days and didn't take me seriously, and now I'm having a miscarriage. Never once has she followed up on a call. Her staff are not nurses, and are very uneducated. She is currently on vacation - without telling her patients!!!!!!!!! I can't believe she would leave town without telling people. Please please please don't go to her. For your own health, and the health of your baby.

If you don't speak Spanish only English do not even go there. The doctor and the staff speak spanish in front of you, knowing that you don't understand Spanish. You going to feel ackward. Especially when having gyno test. It is rude and not professional.
