Dr. Laura Mason, MD

Not being one that goes to the Dr. but once a year, I had a medical issue come up and she was the only Neuro physician I could get into within a week. As some of the other reviews stated she was very disengaged. It was like I was the Dr. and she was patient. I kept asking questions and couldn't get much out of her other than she seemed like she was in a hurry. When I left with no diagnosis or feedback other than "get counseling" I soon figured out why she was so easy to get into. Never even said, please come back if you continue to have issues. My spouse is a healthcare executive and was surprised by her lack of compassion.

Terrible! Absolutely no compassion or empathy! First visit and she was more interested in leaving than my care! Go somewhere else!

Dr Mason is a well versed in neurologist and she came highly recommended. I wasn’t disappointed. Having quite a neurological history myself and having has some of the top neurologists from Harvard and Loma Linda I can say that she is right up their with the best. She’s also personable and listens to your concerns and questions. I’m thankful to have her and I know I’m in good hands.

She didn’t help me figure out why I had migraines only gave me something to somewhat prevent them, but I still have them.

I am beyond satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Mason knows her stuff and the office staff is very friendly!

Dr. Mason was very attentive. She listened to my history , asked questions and answered my questions. She was unhurried and her calm demeanor made me very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Mason.

She's one of a kind! We talk about our families before getting to the nitty gritty during appointments. She involves me in all her decisions. Acts like I'm her only patient even though I know she's got a million waiting. What else could anyone want

Hands down best doctor I have ever been to.

Dr Mason took very little time with me and hardly seemed to listen to my replies to her questions. She was with me perhaps 5 minutes, conducting a "neurological exam". Since I also was having some test, the tech who did the one test was very helpful and attentive. When the dr returned (after a 35 minutes wait) she never apologized for the wait, simply did her test quickly, not even warning me when it might hurt, as did the tech. Very poor bedside manner.

I had the best experience at Dr Mason's office. Friendly front desk staff, even friendlier nurse, and felt like I finally was getting somewhere with my diagnosis after my visit. Got a better explanation of my symptoms than I have had in all ten year since they began. only drawback is tons of paperwork.
