Laura E. Sutaria, MD, MPH

Dr. Laura Sutaria is a cardiologist specializing in cardiovascular disease with advanced training from prestigious medical institutions. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and also holds a Master of Public Health degree. Dr. Sutaria completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine and pursued fellowship training at the University of Miami Hospital, where she developed expertise in heart and vascular conditions. She provides care in English to patients throughout her practice.

Dr. Sutaria practices at Montefiore in Bronx, NY, where she focuses on treating heart rhythm disorders and cholesterol problems in both adults and young patients. She has particular experience managing high cholesterol in children and teens, as well as treating various forms of hyperlipidemia.
