Laura Elizabeth Miller, PA-C

Laura Miller, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in ophthalmology. She performs pre-surgery evaluations on adults who are scheduled for eye surgery. She also assists with eye surgeries, including removing eyelid lesions, lifting eyelids and opening tear ducts. She spends most of her time in oculoplastics, which she finds rewarding.Ms. Miller attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her certification.“I love doing surgery,” she says. “But what really brings me joy is when my patients tell me I helped to put their mind at ease before, during and after their surgery. I know any kind of procedure can be scary, especially when it is in or around the eye. I’m always happy to help alleviate some of their anxiety.”Ms. Miller was born and raised in the area. “I love it here and think it is a wonderful place to live and raise a family,” she says.
