Dr. Laura Ann Muller, MD

Dr Muller is an excellent physician and diagnostician. Very thorough and explains condition and treatment option in a clear, understandable manner. She has seen me through two emergency situations. Importantly she sees you immediately when you need her and her office staff is outstanding. When I suffered a retina detachment, her office immediately responded and set up the appointment with an area retina specialist that day. They took care of everything and she personally contacted me the next day, which was a Saturday. Highly recommend this practice

Had a eye issue and Dr. Muller was recommended, they booked apt next day and I was greeted by a wonderful staff. Dr. herself was no nonsense and professional and was happy that she prescribed OTC medication and if that did not work to call back and she would then prescribe a medication, was happy with that she wasn't full blown to just prescribe something without giving OTC a try first. I would recommend her practice. Also, I was given a full eye exam.

While visiting in Florida I had a bad eye irration in my left eye. Dr Mullers diagnosis was conjunctivitis. She said it was viral. My prescription eye drops for my glaucoma were documented but my eye pressure was never taken. She prescribed an eye drop that did absolutely nothing. When I arrived home I went to my eye doctor and he said pressure in my left was very high and irration was due to an allergic reaction to one of my glaucoma drops. I feel Dr Muller was extremely NEGLIGENT in her eye exam.

Perfect vision after cataract surgery, no need for glasses at age 71 anymore. I had worn glasses since I was 7 years old. She knows her business she is through, fantastic follow up, and her staff are great. Highly recommend Dr. Muller

2014 : Dr. Muller wrote me a prescription for glasses. When I filled the prescription I was unable to see using those glasses. When I went back to Dr. Muller she was full of apologies and wrote me a different prescription. When I filled that prescription I was once again unable to see using those glasses. Busy with a trip to New York and weekly doctor appointments, as I am not well, time passed and I didnâ??t get around to calling Dr. Mullerâ??s office again. However, when I went to renew my driverâ??s license at DMV, I was told I did not need corrective lenses. This was confirmed by a third visit to a different ophthalmologist. Upon my childrenâ??s urging, I called Dr. Muller to come into see her and discuss this. When my husband and I went to the office, Dr. Muller refused to see us and later had Peter Kempt from her office call me back to tell me there was nothing that could be done. Because of Dr. Mullerâ??s mistakes I went to three doctor appointments ( two of them with… her) and spent $300. on glasses that I do not need and cannot wear. Who is responsible for that?? Certainly not me. Dr. Muller conceded to making a mistake the first time. Itâ??s not unfathomable that she made a mistake the second time. In addition it doesnâ??t really matter how much time has passed, she should stand behind her diagnosis/prescription and be accountable for her work. Does she arbitrarily just prescribe glasses when theyâ??re not needed? I am still waiting for something to be done as I cannot afford the $300.00 mistake. She has taken advantage of elderly people on a fixed income. This seems unethical, unprofessional, and incompetent.
