Dr. Laura C Musser, DO

I was a patient of the Center of Women for many years until my insurance changed due to financial difficulties. I had a job related accident in 2016 and could no longer work, this had taken a great financial toll on my family since I had always been the main source of income. Upon changing doctors, I spoke to the Center for Women's billing personnel and made a large lump sum payment, that was a true hardship at the time. I was then put on a $50 a month payment plan. Because I was having medical issues I immediately went to another doctor for my medical issue. When the new doctor's staff requested my files from the Center for Women they refused to release my medical information until my balance was paid in full. Not only is that against what the law states, it was against what the billing agent stated in our meeting when I put down the large sum of money and agreed to the $50 a month payment plan. To this day they refuse to release my files, because of this, I have had to endure the… same painful tests and now have more of a financial burden placed upon my family. This place has unscrupulous business practices. I have told all of my dearest friends and family to stay clear of this business, they will hold your medical files hostage regardless of the law. I recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with the statement above. The Center for Women's response was to deny the entire situation had occurred and that they would never hold a patient's records from them. I have rejected their response due to their lack of accountability and the fact that it's a complete and utter lie. If these people can put me through this ordeal, I'm sure they've put many others through the same thing. For shame. I have also made a complaint through the State Medical Board of Ohio and await their response. We as patients cannot be manipulated by bad business practices and unethical behaviors.

Extremely spacey and misinformed. Unbelievably RUDE and INCOMPETENT staff of nurses. Not an MD. AVOID.

I have been a patient of Dr. Musser's for some time now and have only good things to say about her and her staff. She has a fantastic bedside manner, always looking out for the good of the patient. Her staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Musser is a great doctor. The wait times in the office however are just awful!
