I'm Happy With Dr. Penning's .. She Is The Best .. Very Good ..

well at first she was good then she went downhill. first strike I wanted to see a new orthopedist and she said no the one you have is good enough. strike 2 everytime I see her she says she can't see my ears due to wax yet she will not flush them, strike 3 I told her I think I have eczema and showed her a pic and she could not tell what it was at all and just gave me itch cream and never asked questions and never referred me to someone that knew what it was and the 4th and final and biggest strike, I have asthma and in jan I called her and said I been sick for a day or 2 and I am coughing up yellow I think I have a chest cold and she said well ur fine see u in a week so I saw her in a week she was like your wheezing but I am not going to treat you, your fine get out more or less, she was like you have to learn that asthmatics get sick longer then most people so get over it, then like a week or so later I got worse spent like a whole week in bed and was really sick losing weight and all… and called her back to tell her that and the staff called me back and was like the doc wants you to take otc cough meds and hung up on me before I could anything. then like a month after that I was still no better and was in lots of pain so went back to see her and said my ribs and back hurt really bad and I can't breathe without it hurting me and she ignored all my symptoms and just focused on the cough and said it was from reflux and sent me on my way. she is uncaring and unprofessional. because of her I had to go to urgent care 2 times and they gave me prednisone and then an antibiotic as they said I had bronchitis which dr pennings could not diagnosis at all, I told her I though I had pneumonia and she ignored that as well. do not go to her she will not treat u when u really need it

I am writing this because Dr. Pennings is a wonderful physician whose patient I have been for over a decade, and because I cannot believe that anyone in their right mind would have given her a one star review. The care and concern she shows, the time she spends with a patient, the way she listens and interacts, not to mention spectacular technical credentials (Johns Hopkins Medical School) combine in a doctor unique in my experience. I only gave her four stars because there weren't five or six.

Dr.Pennings is a wonderful,competent and caring physician. She has an excellent bedside manner and her accuracy in diagnosing a problem is phenomenal! She is up to date on all medical problems and I would STRONGLY recommend her to ANYONE who wants a competent, caring physician. Thank you so much Dr.Pennings!

Dr. Pennings (and I use the salutation cynically) is unqualified, incompetent, loaded with mis-diagnosis and ends up costing the patient time and money because of her lack of critical diagnostic acumen. Advise: Avoid.
