Dr. Laura Jean Peralta, DO

Was happy to see I can finally make an appt since what I really wanted (MD's) are not available. All I wanted was to do my annual physical to do a CBC. She couldn't wait for me to confirm my appt in just 10 mins and cancelled me. Go somewhere that has actual healthcare providers that care for you instead of the money. Happily looking elsewhere.

Dr. Peralta is unable to place her own personal beliefs aside for the medical benefit of the patient. Her staff is rude and inefficient. You will wait for hours on the line and then she will be curt at the appointment. I will not be visiting her office again.

She is never there. but request clients not to wear perfume lotion etc cause she is allergy. always seen by other Dr. when you call for authorization or referral it takes for ever get thru.

It doesn't seem fair that people are rating her low because of the staff. Dr. Peralta is AMAZING and has been so kind & compassionate with me. She takes time to listen and gives me good information, even if it's not something I want to hear... which is her JOB. Some of these commenters need to recognize that their google search is not the same as a medical degree.

The reception office has a bad attention to the patients.

I booked my appointment a month in advance because that's all she had available. I get to the office and I was sure not to wear any fragrances, yet I was told that I still smell like a fragrance (my leave-in conditioner) and that I had to reschedule 2 months from now and could not see the doctor because she would be upset I smelled like perfume. Absolutely ridiculous!!

worst staff ever, rude and not respond phone.

I have more than 10 days waiting for a referral, and enduring a horrible pain in my column because of a sponlylothesis.

Bad doctor and horrible staff. AVOID!

Dr. Peralta is fantastic! I don't know what I would do without her. She is kind and compassionate and always goes the extra mile for me. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews, because I've had Dr. Peralta for years and always been very happy with her. Judging from the way the posts are written (people who can't even spell), maybe these complaints are unrealistic. Anyway, it seems unfair that people can leave such petty "complaints" about a doctor who is one of the most amazing medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, especially when the doctor can't tell her side of the story because of privacy laws. All I can say is, she's been amazing to me, and I highly recommend her.
