Dr. Laura Mc Cauley Reich, MD

I have three children and all of them have been seen since birth by Dr. Reich. I am always grateful for her bedside manner, her clinical excellence and her calm yet knowledgeable assessments. I appreciate that Dr. Reich keeps up on current research regarding children's health. I like that she allows the children to have their privacy, for instance when my 13 yo son had an issue with his penis, she used medical pictures for him to point out what the symptoms looked like as well as his description and came to the correct diagnosis.

Dr. Reich is the best pediatrician, hands down! I wouldn't trust my three daughters' health in anyone else's care.

Dr Reich is very knowledgeable and approachable. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Her follow through and staff follow through is excellent

Overall, Dr. Reich is not only a professional, but she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Whatever concern we bring up she takes her time in understanding the totality of it. In addition, she typically has the latest up-to-date research that she will share to connect or support her thinking or diagnosis. We appreciate her honesty and openness when we ask for her opinion. Our kids feel comfortable with her and so do we.

The worst time to get an appointment is at 8:30 AM because she doesn't usually arrive until after 9 AM depending on how many patients are at the hospital that morning. She also makes sure my kids understand what she is talking about and answers their questions.

Dr. Reich and her staff always give their full attention to your concerns. I feel that care is given to my child no matter how mild or severe the problem is.

Many people go to their doctor's just wanting to get diagnosed - they know that they are not going to get anything else anyway. This Doctor is much different.I bring my children to her office all of the time. I have never had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time. She is always kind, accurate and understanding of any problems and never hesitates to do all in her power to help.Not only is she very amiable, but all of her employees are as well. I never fail to get a check-up call after an important consultation, just to make sure that everything is all right.I would recommend this wonderful Doctor to anyone who wants to be able to trust their doctor, as a doctor AND as a person.

Dr. Reich is caring and VERY good with kids. She's warm and compassionate with parents. She took the time to listen and answer our questions, and provided explanations for her advice. Her office staff are also friendly and caring.
