Dr. Laura Beth Rosner, MD

Dr. Rosner has been my primary care doctor for 16 years, and she is the most caring, compassionate doctor I’ve ever personally seen. She has her patient’s best interest at heart, and you may not always like what she says, but she always puts your health and your best interest first. I have personally had a number of health issues over the years, and she has always dealt with them, or referred me to the right specialist to treat them. She is literally the reason that I’m here today. She is an excellent physician.

I feel well cared for both physically and personally.

My blood pressure was elevated at my last visit (not a doctor visit). The nurse notified the doctor, then called to ask me to follow up with home bp readings. Fabulous care and lovely people. I'm 77 and they know that.

I waited over an hour in the waiting room. When I asked for an estimate of how much longer I would have to wait, the front desk lady said “I don’t know what they do in the back.” They can’t even communicate within their office. Every time I’ve been there is always a long wait.

I visited Dr. Rosner today. I have a sinus infection. I have had many in my life. It is identified by the common symptoms- BROWN, THICK, mucus-not clear. Achy, sore throat, etc. I asked for an antibiotic to help get rid of the infection. I was told no, that there is an epidemic in antibiotic resistance in this country, and she only prescribed antibiotics when necessary. I have not been prescribed antibiotics since January. My symptoms needed to be present for at least 10 days, she said. Also, she advised to purchase over the counter nasal spray. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! Also, she failed to thoroughly examine me to evaluate the symptoms I was describing. AS for the other reviews-she does talk down to you, and makes you feel like you are imposing on her valuable time. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you are sick, save yourself some time with this one.....and head to Walgreens.

My wife recently changed Dr's due to someone suggesting Dr. Rosner. Our treatment by her staff both at the counter and the subsequent nurses, was terrible. Once she was seen by Dr. Rosner it was obvious why...she talked over my wife and wouldn't let her tell her even her symptoms. This is not how you should treat your patients..we will not go back to this place...utterly ridiculous.

First appt, I went in to meet Rosner, she came in room very aggressive and demanding I follow her rules to be a patient. We fired each other in less than 5 minutes! We have more then just the right to decide how our body is treated!!!!

Dr. Rosner just denied my pharmacist's refill request for blood pressure meds, despite two Urgent Care visits in the last month for extremely high blood pressure. A week ago, her staff refused to answer my question about a blood pressure medication until my (late) labwork was complete. This is a doctor more interested in showing the patient who's the boss than patiently helping them take better care of themselves.

I had to change doctors when I changed health insurance plans. My wife had been her patient for many years, and suggested I try her. I'd never had a female primary care doctor, but I trust my wife's opinion. I'm glad I did. Dr. Rosner is extremly knowledgeable, caring, and compasionate. She never rushes you through an appointment, is a great listener, but does not pull her punches when it comes to her medical advice. That kind of honesty is refreshing and appreciated. Both she and her staff are very friendly ,competent,and patient oriented . Wait times are very reasonable (5 to 15 minutes). Unlike many doctors offices, they don't overbook patients. Another big plus is that she is part of a group of doctors housed in their own facility where lab work, tests and other proceedures are done on site. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful physician.

Dr. Rosner and staff are very pleasant to work with and she is quite thorough. Dr. Rosner has high expectations that I take personal responsibility for my health and fitness and this motivates me.The office has responded quickly when test results required immediate action. I look forward to a longer, healthier life thanks in part to Dr. Rosner.
