Dr. Laura Shultz, Psy D, ABPP

Dr. Laura Shultz is a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about providing holistic care for patients through the collaboration of medical and behavioral health providers integrated into care teams together. Her clinical areas of specialty include clinical health psychology, clinical neuropsychology, the integration of religious faith and psychology, and trauma.
She uses evidence-based practices to help patients work through barriers to become the healthiest version of themselves- physically and emotionally. She earned her Master’s in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary and then completed her Doctorate in Psychology at Wheaton College.
She completed her clinical internship with a specialty in neuropsychology at the North Texas VA Healthcare System and then went on to complete a specialty postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Memphis VA Medical Center.
Dr. Shultz is board-certified in Clinical Health Psychology, which is a specialty within …psychology that focuses on the overlap between physical and emotional illness and how best to promote health comprehensively. Personally, Dr. Shultz enjoys the outdoors and delights in being a wife and mother to her three boys.
