What a terrible experience! My wife and I left her office feeling disappointed from her rude and disrespectful behavior. She’s the worst medical provider ever. She doesn’t listen to our concerns and just rush the exam and she even left the room without asking if we have any concerns nor even saying nice meeting you guys! I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 15 years now, she’s a shame to this profession. Also, she doesn’t like to refill your meds and doesn’t bother answering any of the patient’s serious concerns. We’re planning not to deal with her anymore. Please stay away from that horrible person who treats you with a disgusting attitude!

Her office in Westford is completely unwelcoming. My first time going to this practice. I went on a very rainy day and there was traffic. I arrived 10 minutes late. When I arrived receptionist had her window closed and didn’t look up for 5 minutes while on the phone. She finally finished her conversation. The only think she said to me is that I’m now 15 minutes late and their not sure the doctor can take me. She’s with a patient so they can’t ask. I said I walked in 10 minutes late due to weather and if the doctor is with a patient she wouldn’t have been able to take me on time either way. Another receptionist said that it’s none of my business what time that patient walked in or weather she would have taken me or not. Bottom line is that I’m 15 minutes late. Awful people! Treating a first time patient so rudely!!!!! I walked out. Not going to be put through a vulnerable OB exam with such nasty people!

What a wonderful, caring, thorough physician and office staff. Dr. Silk took her time answering all of my concerns and laying out treatment options for me. My husband went with me and she was great at answering his questions and concerns. Also, the staff was very friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience.

I rarely take the time to write online reviews; yet in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. Iâ??ve recently had a total hysterectomy performed by Dr. Silk and as I expected, she illustrated the utmost professionalism. Prior to the surgery, I was confident in her knowledge and her expertise and I considered her a mindful, considerate individual. Still, it was her thoughtfulness that exceeded my expectations with visits to check in on me every morning and every evening during my stay at the hospital. My previous experiences elsewhere pale in comparison. If you are searching for a capable, caring professional, I highly recommend Dr. Laura Silk.

As if having a miscarriage isn't bad enough, she went through my testing getting my hopes up that I would be okay, then proceed to examine me, and discover that I had miscarried the baby. She stayed for about two minutes, not even long enough for me to ask questions because I was in shock, and then was called away, and NEVER came back!
