In three days saw her once, totally disorganized, did not know what was going on, said she"had too many patients." Sent me home with the wrong Rx.!

Zero stars would be too generous. The office at Lauderdale Lakes is impossible to reach. The recorded message states that the office is open from 8-5 on Monday through Friday with lunch from 12-2. However, when I tried to phone at 8, 9, 10, 11, 2, 3 and 4, the office was â??closedâ?? with no information on how to reach the physician other than leaving a message that went unanswered. Upon further research, I located the number listed on the University Hospital website. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I explained to the receptionist that my mother, who is gravely ill, was unable to refill an essential prescription due to the way it had been written by Dr. Zalcberg during a hospitalization in November. Rather than listening to the situation, the receptionist said â??call your primaryâ?? and when I tried to explain in further detail she informed me that she needed to take emergency calls and hung up. I called back, waited again and was once again informed that it wasnâ??t… their problem. As a result, I would recommend that if you find yourself at University Hospital, you are certain not to have this physician assigned to your case!

Very dissatisfied and dissapointed

she rush everything she does both her and her receptionist will tell you in a minute if you complain don't come back very rude no time to listen.

waited 3 weeks for her referrals which never came, had to call repeatedly to get the other Dr.s names. Runs around in circles, just like her receptionist.

SHE IS HIGHLY INCOMPETENT!
