Dr. Laurel Jozwiak Santino, MD

Dr. Santino is one of the most rude and unkind doctors in Lancaster. I would not recommend any one to see her. As a mother and as a daughter of a family with very strong ties in Lancaster, I personally would not want any of my loved ones to risk having her as their OBGYN. She nearly sent my daughter into major distress, as she made me wait for so long to push and would not come into the room as the nurses were doing all the work and trying to help me tremendously. She was against my wishes to deliver naturally, and personally persecuted me for such. She told me to quiet down as I was pushing, and never checked on us other than to deliver my beautiful daughter with a cold, unkind, and honestly ridiculous bedside manner. She treats her patients as if they are a nuisance, and in your time of most need, she adds stress and disappointment.

Doctor Santino has delivered all 3 of my children, including 2 c-sections. She has been my doctor for over 10 years. Very happy with her. Wait time varies because sometimes deliveries unexpectedly delay appointments. But the staff, nurses, assistants, have always been wonderful.

This office does not work with patients on schedules. Also Dr Ssntino has a terrible bedside manner. She is very insulting and does not care what-so-ever if her patients are seen in a timely manner or not. I have had many issues with this office and I am sick and tired of having to bend over backwards to meet their scheduling guiedlines. 95% of the office staff is rude, occasionally you may get one nice person but it really depends on the day. I am pregnant with my first child and they have no consideration of anyones feelings or time. Overall this is a HORRIBLE office and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
