Dr. Laurel Meyers Zulliger, MD

I find Dr.Z not very chatty. She is serious in demeanor and is 5 steps ahead in anticipating problems. She gives very good advice and I like that she is prudent in her efforts at intervention.

When my family doctor switched to a concierge practice (not taking insurance), I was devastated. I feel fortunate to have foundI found Dr. Zulliger. While she is very soft spoken and reserved, she is also a good listener and I never feel rushed. I have found her and the staff to be very responsive and well organized. Referrals and prescription needs are taken care of very quickly.

They are incompetent when it comes to writing and refilling prescriptions

I had the worst treatment around, she was very unpersonal, also, untreated things that should have been suggested or treated , plus they charged me a fee for my new doctor for the records they requested . Beware

In my opinion, Dr. Zulliger is fantastic! She has helped me through so much. She has diagnosed and treated me through many heath issues. When I had fallen off my Fathers insurance at 26 and didn't have insurance of my own, she worked with me to make sure I still had medical care. When I had a horrible experience happen to me and developed terrible anxiety and depression from it, she helped diagnose and treat it as well as direct me to a great psychologist. Early in teenage years, I learned I had PCOS, and didn't have a regular OBGYN, she referred me to an OBGYN, but to this day she handles all of my testing and monthly injections that I need because I feel she is the most thorough and knows my medical history so well. Dr. Zulliger comes in and doesn't make me feel like she has a 10 minute time slot. She spends as much time as needed with me, if there are additional things that need done, she does them.

My 73 year old father was experiencing painful cramping and diarreah . His normal doctor at this practice had no openings, so the receptionist set him up to see Dr. Zulliger for the problem. He has a bit of dementia, so I take him to his medical appointments and sit in to understand what his doctors say. She had a very cold and uncaring demeanor from the beginning of our appointment. In the 2 weeks since his last office visit, he had lost 3 lbs down from 126 to 123 pounds which isn't much for a six foot tall man. I asked her if it would be possible for him to take an appetite stimulant to help with his lack of appetite. She told me, " You need to talk to his regular doctor about that. I don't even know how you got on my schedule!" She acted like seeing my dad was a huge inconvenience to her. By the end of the appointment my dad was upset, and I as his caregiver was angry and hurt that he was treated to disgracefully by someone in the medical profession. Would not recommend Dr.… Zulliger. The office staff and technicians are always pleasant and courteous. If only this doctor followed their example.

Fantastic Doctor. She actually cares about her patients and is very understanding and professional. You do not get the impression that you are just another person she can squeeze in to see, she honestly cares about you!

I just called the office to get my family member's shot records. They have no records only flu shot. We had more shots then that! I would not trust this office at all! So happy we are no longer going here. Wow! Crazy! I think the worse doctor office we have ever been to!

Going to Dr. Zulliger for a while, have become really disappointed in her patient care and the attitude of the office staff very unfriendly and I had to ask for them to take my co Pays at the time of visit instead of billing me a 3 months later for it. As others have said ok for a cold but anything else I would not recommend .

I have also been in the medical field for 25 years. This doctor is fine for colds and and flu but that would be it. I gave her many referrals and they have all left because she does not make eye contact and looks down a lot as she needs to write things down. She over medicated my family member to the point we almost had to take them to the ER. Once we found an Internal Medicine doctor he took my family member off all the drugs she had him on and my family member is doing fine now. This doctor seems to give out a lot of pills to patients. I am with the RN review above as being correct.
