The initial consultation Westfair there was not much of one from her I attempted to shake her hand but she would not let me shake her hand it was uncomfortable being behind plexiglass and I don’t believe that she heard half of my answers correctly which negatively impacted my intelligence quotient score. I was quiet and receptive and then on a video conference is mostly positive she seemed mostly positive and upbeat her tone was nice video conference but I could not hear her many times her audio completely broke down and there is no sound coming out of her mouth and then in the report she had the nerve to say how uncomfortable she was as if she was a patient? My parents also noted in the report so from their perspective it seemed as if she made a generic report and she got many things wrong but which I requested that she fix it she did but she still got some job titles and other things incorrect she also failed to incorporate in her report childhood sexual abuse also in my initial… consultation with her she said she could provide me or provide the court with a best practices packet but upon emailing her about this she never replied back to my emails even after I told her did I leave a negative review.

Dr. Castriota is very professional and very knowledgeable. My biggest Takeaway was her professionalism when she realized that she May not he the best therapist for my son. She was very straight forward with this and gave a referral to another therapist might be able to connect with him better and get more results that she was able to get. She referred me to a therapist that had extensive background with autism and it turned out to be a great blessing. Not many therapists would be this selfless.

While Dr. Castriota is patient and highly skilled at providing psychological evaluations, she shows signs of slight unprofessionalism with somewhat of an arrogant and pretentious attitude. She also says some things that I find to be rather inappropriate for the level of a professional with a Psy D and background on people with Asperger's. She also tended to be more focused on building on the weaknesses of her clients rather than the strengths along with being so sure that my IQ results were 100% accurate when I feel another way. While she is capable of being a good therapist, her performance was very poor.
