"Working with children has always been a strong passion of mine, and I started exploring my options in college by volunteering as a Child Life and Recreation therapist aid. It was through that experience that I knew that I wanted to work closely with young patients and their families to help them grow and achieve their goals.What I love the most about my job is being able to create and develop connections with each of my patients and their families. I enjoy the different ways that I can relate with my patients, as every child or individual is not the same and so each of my relationships with my patients are unique and personal."-Dr. Laddaran
