If you want to feel disregarded and uncared for as a patient, you should come here. The front desk staff are very sweet though. They are the best thing about the clinic. I waited 40 minutes to be seen. The doc talked to me with her back turned. I wonder if she even enjoys this profession.

I had a miscarriage in 2018. The bedside manner of Dr. Rodgers was less than. So I did not return afterward. I found another OBGYN. I went back to Dr. Rodgers Monday, Oct 5,2020 because I had an emergency. Her office is close to my house and she has given me a prescription before for my issue. When I arrived at her office her front office staff did not greet me. I signed in and waited to be called back to see Dr. Rodgers. Two people came in after me, they were given paper work to fill out. I sat there and the two people that came in after me got called to be seen by the doctor. When I asked why, the first two women (staff) had no answer. Then another lady said that she got distracted by Dr. Rodgers and marked my name as being seen and called the other two people that came in after me. When I finally was seen Dr. Rodgers checked me out and said she would call my prescription in. I told her twice which pharmacy to call. When I called the pharmacy to check if she had called it… in they said no. So I called back today and still she has not called my prescription in. I called her other office and it was closed.

It’s a doctor office it will be a wait , it’s up to you to open ur mouth to let them know how long u been here they tend to forget but i mean it’s life new customers and fast paced environment . I have no concerns at all I’m great I love her and the nurses they know me and take good care of me been goin since about 16

I just came from a Socorro's appointment I had scheduled for 2:30 got there and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. 30 minutes turned into an hour turned into there is one person before me. All of this could have been prevented if someone called and said this over the phone and I could have rescheduled my appointment for a later date instead of taking a trip all the way to this doctors office. My first visit I had to wait an hour almost as well I'm pregnant and will be changing my doctor to a office with a little more compassion and common sense for its clients. I have yet to even meet the doctor at all. Do not come to this place. U will be rushed made to wait long periods of time and u won't get the proper care and attention you need. i went to this doctor office over 3 years ago I paid my copay there was no coinsurance and they have been sending me bills like forever when I call the billing company they say they will look into it and call me back but they never do smh

I went twice and both time she was personable engaging and polite. Did she ask me for my co-pay, you are darn right. How else is a good business woman supposed to run her business. I do not know who these other bad reviewers are but she was great both times I went. Are these reviewers talking about the same Dr.?

The worst experience ever!!!!!I went in for my first prenatal visit, pregnant with my first child to be met with complete unorganization. Dr. Rodgers rushed around like she was a chicken with her head cut off. I tried to ask questions and she completely brushed me off and gave me brief answers. She preformed a sono and transvaginal and seen nothing so assumed it was eptopic. She sends me to a diagnostic center to have a ob sono done. The staff there would not tell me what they seen and referred me to consult back with Dr.Rodgers. I got a call back from her office telling me she would like to speak to me and put me on hold for 10mins to come back on the line to tell me she would call me back in 20mins. She called back and explained that she would have to schedule me for surgery Monday for a larapotomy for an eptopic pregnancy. I had a lot of questions but was once again treated very coldly. She rushed me off the phone telling me that she was dealing with a crisis and my crisis was… "slow". I get a call last night around 8pm from Dr.Rodgers telling me she wants to do the surgery tomorrow at 8am....What!?!How!?I explained to her that I could not have the surgery tomorrow because I scheduled everything around Monday and that I had ate and drank so that would be impossible. I also let her know that I wanted to sit down with her before the surgery to discuss my results and some concerns I had. She was so rude and cold. No compassion was shown and she argued with me because I told her I would not do it on Sunday . She laughed and told me she doesn't understand why I was battling her and tried to make it seem as though my situation was all of a sudden urgent when just yesterday she brushed my crisis off. I even asked her if she seen the sono for herself and she tells me that the sono tech are the experts, when i asked her what tube it was in she couldn't tell me and even said when she goes in she will be able to see both sides to determine where the baby is. I don't understand how a Doctor can be so nonchalant and impersonal. Needless to says, she WILL not be doing my surgery!!!!!Run if you can

The fact that I have to keep checking up in results or prescriptions is ridiculous...dont tell me ill get something the next day and don't hear from you until 4 days later...dont tell me you're gonna call in my prescription.. Have me go up there and you didn't do it....Im done. UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr. Rodgers is pleasant but, you have to engage her instead of the other way around. I agree with those who stated that she is on the "cold" side. I also agree with others regarding her staff. They are often rude and disrespectful. Complaints to Dr, Rodgers falls on deaf ears. Dr. Rodgers will defend her staff even if they are blatantly wrong and, if that were not bad enough, try to make you feel bad for complaining in the first place. Of course, all of this is contingent on whether you can get Dr. Rodgers to come to the phone. If I had to go more than once a year, I would not keep Dr. Rodgers as my doctor. However, since I am passed childbearing years, I have continued there. Nevertheless, I am still in search of a mor suitable doctor.
