Dr. Lauren Elizabeth Brown Sanders

Whoever set up the examination room brought my doctor an expired sample taker. They misdiagnosed me based on this and when I called the doctor's nurse and cried to her that the results could not be right, she told me "sorry" and I got off the phone. I went to another healthcare facility and the doctor tested me and found that the results could not be what I was diagnosed with originally. I did a medical records request and found that they had used expired equipment and the results were inconclusive. The nurse, "Sydney", was given an opportunity to admit the fault and instead, she chose to let me cry my eyes out. I went to file a complaint with this hospital but no complaint forms were available online. I called the main operator and she sent me directly to a compliance officer. I still have not received a call back although I wanted to remain anonymous and let them know that they caused horror and grief to me for 6-8 weeks and failed to acknowledge the error. I guess there will be no… justice for me.

I called the doctor's nurse and cried to her that the results could not be right. I felt it within myself that they were wrong. As I cried almost hysterically, she told me "sorry" and I got off the phone. I went to another healthcare facility in St. Tammany parish where the doctor tested me and found that the results could not be what I was diagnosed with originally. I did a medical records request and found that they had used expired equipment and the results were inconclusive. The nurse, "Sydney", was given an opportunity to admit the fault and instead, she chose to let me cry my eyes out believing I had something I did not. I went to file a complaint with this hospital but no… complaint forms were available online. I called the main operator and requested the email repository for complaints. She sent me directly to a compliance officer most likely there to CYA instead of lend apology or concern for me, the patient. I still have not received a call back although I wanted to remain anonymous and let them know that they caused horror and grief to me for 6-8 weeks and failed to acknowledge the error. I suggest anyone who goes to Louisiana Women's Healthcare do a medical records request to make sure you are not misinformed. Terrible bad service there all around and no justice for me.

I was fortunate to participate in doctor visits, delivery and birth of my grandson. Dr. Sanders was very informative and kept my daughter abreast of all diagnosis as they occurred. We have a healthy baby boy!!!! I think so much of Dr. Sanders and Staff, that I have made an appointment for my youngest daughter as well. She is AWESOME!!!!!

Dr Lauren Sanders has been a wonderful doctor. She has been my doctor before my marriage, while we had our first baby and now expecting our second child. There is no one I would trust more than her. She is a great listener and truly bonds with her patients. She makes me feel very comfortable while I ask tons and tons of questions. Even in her position she remains humble and seeks advice from others which makes me even more confident in her. She’s a wonderful mom herself and relates so well to others. Both my husband and I give her the highest recommendation.

Dr. Sanders is a caring and concerned physician. I have been a patient of hers about 5 years and her and her nurse always makes me feel comfortable as a patient.

I have been to Dr. Lauren Sanders twice since my previous long-term doctor retired a couple of years ago. I have found her to be easy to communicate with in areas involving my own health. I felt that she took an adequate amount of time to review, discuss, & explain any issues .

I have visted Lauren twice and both experiences were less than comforting. My problems were barely discussed and she quickly came in an out of the waiting room. I felt rushed and uncared for. My problems were never taken care of. I will not be visting again. She needs to take more time with her patients.
