Dr. Lauren Yenchau Tran

Dr. Tran is my new primary treating physician. I am very happy thus far with her service. I think she is a great listener and seems to care very much about her patients.

I waited 3 months to get an appointment with Dr. Tran, and during my first visit with her she barely made eye contact, didn't answer any questions, and was not thorough during the physical (which she conducted while I was lying down as she was trying to do a PAP smear at the same time). She also kicked my shoes off. I told her I wanted to get a referral to a nutritionist and gave her a detailed explanation for it, and she smiled and continued to work on the computer. I am from a family of physicians, and I was very disappointed to see that this doctor had such terrible bedside manner, and was providing service that was not even average. She may have had excellent reviews in the past (which is why I initially chose her), but stay away if you can, because she has a nasty attitude and doesn't care about patients.

Very unprofessional person. Not much knowledge and have a very cold attitude.

She is a great doctor , we changed from Megan Medical group to St. Jude and so great to have her as our family physican

I have been B.S Lauren 's patient for years, now she is moving to St. Jude in Diamond Bar, it took me awhile to switch to St. Jude but I like it there. The staffs are very nice and organize, Dr. Lauren is great doctor~~

She was not thorough in conducting a physical. Did not address me by name. Her answers to my questions were vague. Not even sure if she knows her stuff. Lab results should be out over a week now and I still don't have followup from her. She is uncaring, arrogant, has poor bedside manner. The hold time to speak to someone on the phone in the office was very long. I will not go back.

Just found out today that Dr Lauren is no longer at Bolsa , waited for 3 hours at Bolsa Medical group they did not tell me till i was seen by Dr Minh . I searched on line and called StJude Heritage in Diamond Bar to switch ð???

Dr. Lauren Tran has been my family doctor for 17 years since she was at UCLA, then I moved to Irvine. I changed my health plans so that I could follow up under her care. I was devastated when she left Bolsa this year and moved to St. Jude in Diamond Bar. I have multiple medical problems with MS and Dr. Diane does not know how to treat MS? I found out that Dr. Thuy Bui was not Broad Certified and her staffs were very rude. I need to be on pain med because it affected my eyes and my spine. Finally, I got a hold of my friend who went to her new office in Diamond Bar. I love her new office and her staffs are very helpful.

Dr. Lauren Tran doesn't seem to care about her patients. She barely looks at you. She has a sour look on her face like she has acid reflux. Her attitude is almost contemptuous. Maybe she went into medicine so that she could buy her designer shoes.
