Dr. Laurence Joseph Dinardo, MD

Dr. Dinardo has been my ENT doctor since I was diagnosed with melanoma in late 2011. I've had 3 surgeries since that time and wholeheartedly believe that I've received the best care while in his hands. He is extremely responsive - always making himself or his staff available any time I've called with questions or concerns. I love his bedside manner - he's funny and confident and doesn't beat around the bush. Thanks Dr. Dinardo for all you've done to help me through my journey!

First of all I want to say I love dr. dinardo and his expertise. Unfortunately the practice management aspect of his practice are making me seek care elsewhere. For the third appointment in a row I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The first time it was 90 minutes late, the second time it was 70 minutes late and the third time I left at 30 minutes. It is important for all health care professionals to respect the time of others and this practice does not. I tried to call the practice to discuss this with them and was on hold for 10 minutes before the phone was answered and then they couldn't even connect me to the stony point office. They have a prompt to leave a message on another recorded message line also. HORRIBLE way to treat patients. Enough for me. I will find another practice.

Very knowledgeable, compassion and caring .

What stands out is that I had an early morning appointment and the doctor was about 1 hour and 20 minutes late. No apology. And this appt had been made about a month and a half ago. He spent a fair amount of time joking around with his nurse but I guess that is his style. I think his advice was good. Just did not like the long wait time.
