We love Dr Pezor. Very accommodating and has been extremely helpful with meds etc.

If you suspect your child is on the Autism Spectrum, DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. Dr Pezor cost us years of services because he did not recognize our sons diagnosis. The next doctor we saw diagnoses him almost immediately. We mistakenly trusted Dr P’s ability for 4 years. By the time our son was diagnosed and we put his name on the waitlist for the Autism Waiver, he was 9 years old. He will never be able to access the funds he would have, if Dr P knew what he was seeing. He single-handedly screwed up years of services that our son would have been eligible for. DO NOT TRUST DR PEZOR.

Was a patient of Pezors for a few years until he drops on me that he is moving to the east coast, and will no longer be able to help me out. First of all, we have had phone consultations in the past with no problem, so I don't see the problem in keeping my business. Worst of all, since he left, I have been trying to access medical records for months now with no response. My new doctor has sent medical release forms 4 times now within the last 3 months to both the old and new locations to try to receive them, and every time I try to call to see if they have any updates, they immediately say, "We didn't receive it yet, but when we do it will take one to two weeks" as if it is a predetermined response they have built into their brains without even checking. I am now almost half way through my semester, and I don't have the proper medication to be helping me, so I might as well be throwing my GPA down the drain... So if one of his receptionists is reading this, please just look for… my medical release forms and just send them. It shouldn't take a quarter of a year to fax a sheet of paper, I'm begging you. In short, Pezor doesn't care about his patients, and he better feel blessed for receiving one star. If zero was an option, that's what I would have chosen.

I found this place to be very dishonest. We were told our child would be in group therapy sessions with a licensed therapist for three hours a day. The conversation would be monitored and directed to allow for opportunities for the group to develop coping skills to help deal with various issues. Well it turns out that the groups we allowed to break off into various social clicks and self talk, self direct and come up with solutions with no adult or licensed therapist supervision what so ever. So it was the blind leading the blind which lead to having our daughter condition enhance vs. develop into a workable condition. Here she learned that she didnâ??t have to go to school if she couldnâ??t make it out of bed, she didnâ??t have to deal with working in her relationship with her father because it was too painful (which is really hurting her and the family), her stress level has elevated to hives and massive panic attacks. While she no longer self harms, (because we have locked… up all material that she could use) she will scratch the hives till she bleeds. All conditions that never occurred before MSA. She now believes that she is her diagnosis and not who the person she was prior to the program. We were told on Tuesdays there were meeting for parents to attend to learn more about how to help our children. In the six week period that we were at MSA we were able to attend two. The parents waited for over a half hour one night before we were told the class was cancelled. This was after the director of the class saw us in the waiting room, did not address us, and left the building. I waited three hours to have a parent meeting with my childâ??s councilor and never had the meeting. When tiring to communicate with the therapist we were forced to leave messages and wait DAYS to hear back. Every scheduled appointment that we had was a minimum of 30 minutes late. We were never able to oversee a group session with the kids being told that this would provide an â??unsafeâ?? environment for the group. Meaning they would not be able to open up and work in the problem. Now I fear that there was no structure to the groups and a lot of bad information was shared. When we started the program we were told our co-pay per day would be $20.00. I should have double checked with my insurance because it was in fact $60.00. Which means we are $3,000 in the whole for a program that didnâ??t work. We a filled out paper work to have her records released to her continuing care providers. No information was ever forwarded. Her current physiatrist in AA county said she has not heard good things about MSA and from what she can tell the program did little to improve my childâ??s situation. Meaning she was no better then when she started MSA. I can say with 100% certainty she is worse.

This whole office is horrible!!! My son was a patient there for the past 3 years, in that time they switched his doctor 4 times, due to the doctors leaving left and right! Each doctor disagreed with what the previous ones had prescribed, leaving us scared and confused. The front desk staff are very rude, and will hang up on you, cancel your appointments and bill you for visits you never had. My son had to miss an appointment recently because he was sent home from school vomiting and running a fever. I called to say he was sick, the response was "oh well that will be $100 for canceling an appointment". He was sick!!!! We are not going back ever. We loved the therapist my son saw there, but like the "smart" doctors he also left ( now I see why they all leave). This place is a nightmare.

Horrible experience. Dr. Prezor was cold and not accommodating to the needs of my child with special needs. Choose to be petty rather then focus on the needs and will being of my child. Which is his job!

rude incompetent office staff.dont return phone calls.dr tryimg to tell me I have to get counseling when I know what my sons needs are.I hope u never have to cancel or have something come up.it will cost u a 100 bucks.looking for new dr.

My Son had an appointment with Dr.Pezor for attention issues. So after the appointment I called him 3 times. He did not return my call. So finally a staffer arranged to have him call me at 8:15 am. So his staffer calls me at 8:15 and tells me Dr. Pezor will only talk to me if I pay him $100.00. I told the staffer I would not pay him $100.00 for a 2 minutes talk about my son. So Dr. Pezor did not speak with me. I still do know about my son. He is a large gluteal mass for not speaking to me. This was to be a 2 minute call.

I brought my child in for anger issues. He talked with us for 10 minutes, talked with my child for 10 minutes and put him on ADHD meds. Needless to say it didn't work. The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and why she is still there is beyond me. This doctor also prescribed a family member ADHD medicine which put him in a manic state and had to be hospitalized....then wouldn't return his parents phone calls.

He is excellent!
