Dr. Laurence Rosenfield, MD

I visited his new office 2 weeks ago but even before that, the fact that I got someone over the phone immediately was AMAZING, she was pleasent and listened and gave much needed information. When I got to the office Front desk was clean and friendly with a great welcoming Smile unlike his last office. He is a great doctor even though he trys to get me to lose weight lol. Love this office glad to be back.

I was moving to the area and had my records transferred because his staff said he would follow my pain management medications. In my visit this physician had the nerve to tell me to pretend I was a heroin addict and go to a methadone clinic! I was appalled as was my sister who was with me. He found out soon after that comment that she is also a physician. We both were seriously insulted! I do not trust a doctor who tells me I should lie. I was completely transparent with him about my incurable diseases. I’m a patient not an addict with much documentation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenfield for 15 years. He has helped me tremendously. He is very caring and compassionate and always listens to my concerns . His staff treats me like family and shows genuine care and compassion also. Sometimes the wait is long but I feel that it is because he does not rush his patients through. He always listens to me and answers my questions. I have the highest recommendations for Dr. Rosenfield and his staff. Clifford Houser

Rude staff. Dr ok. Hard to know about him with staff being so rude. Staff ruined entire Experience. Staff incompetent & gave run around & lied to Several times.

I have MS and am in pain 27/7. Dr Rosenfield believes in listening to his patient and trying to find a solution together. He doesn't just throw medicine at you. He works with you to make sure you have the best quality of life you can get. He is wonderful and I am grateful I found him!

I have been with Dr. Rosenfield for at least 10 years now and I am very satisfied with all medical treatment.

I have finally found a doctor who cares! Dr. Rosenfield actually cares about getting his patients out of pain. He is not all about just giving pills, but wants to get you back on your feet and away from the pain. He wants to fix the pain, not cover it up.

Like the Dr takes time to answer questions. Nurses (2) only call back no Dr call back. Poor advice from nurses or they just say they "don't know" info from nurses with out knowledge of patient history. Very poor staff. Rude front office.

Billed me twice for same procedure. No relief of pain. I contested the charges with his office staff and even showed them my proof of payment for the procedure. Now they won't see me - good riddance.
