I booked an appointment weeks ago and called to confirm and they did not have me on the books at all. I could have been booking with another doctor in the meantime. Please do not call this doctor.

I'm trying to schedule an appointment but, I was placed on hold twice and forced to listen to awful hold music. when the receptionist picked up for a second then hung up. Doctors are a dime a dozen , moving on!

There was usually a wait to see her. Often over 30 minutes. She spent 30-45 minutes with me during our appointments which I feel makes up for it.

To see Dr. Kleiman the wait is over an hour and you have to pay for parking in her building. Dr. Kleiman does spend approx. 30 to 45 mintues with you during your visit. Dr. Kleiman prescribed medication on two separate occasions that have severe interactions. When brought to Dr. Kleiman's attention she advised that is what the pharmacist is for.Dr. Kleiman's office staff Chelisse (sp) is rude and has no interpersonal skills. Dr. Kleiman has stated she knows that her secretary is rude and lacking customer skills and to call after hours to bypass her secretary.

I have been kept waiting up to 2 hours. I have since changed doctors.

The office environment is strange - an "executive suite," where unrelated businesses are housed - and I found this somewhat unsettling. Her receptionist is not pleasant. Dr. Kleiman certainly spends a good bit of time with patients which is a definite positive. Getting past the strange office situation and rude staff is the key.
