rude and very unprofessional, I had to see her because my doctor was out that day. Avoid her at all cost

This office will neglect to call your insurance for authorizations. The tests will be done and you will get billed for them. In my case i am talking about almost $1500. (Ironically, I was telling one of my friends about the horrible experience with this office and she revealed that she had the same situation a year ago. Which shows that it is a common habit to ignore the patients' wellfare. I have been put on hold by them for 3 months now, and nothing was done to solve the situation. My friend refused to pay for their mistake and she ended up ruining her credit and was placed under collection. I started to lose sleep over the issue. I am 6 months pregnant and i should be spending my time being happy and not worried over the fact I trusted the staff and now I get harrassed by the lab to pay for the services rendered. This office should not be in business. Obviously, they do not care for pregnant women or/and their unborn babies. I am sure, my friend and I, are not the only victims. I… hope this review helps future moms to get ripped off and stressed over issues that should not exist.

The nurse manager was rude to her staff in front of me and other patients, while my blood was being drawn. The wait was over 45 minutes, and the waiting room was so full that my husband had to stand the entire time.

I only saw Dr. Scott once during the six months that I visited the Perinatal Center of Florida. Her office is horrible, and was the worst experience of my entire pregnancy. First, I was ushered from doctor to doctor and only saw the same doctor three times out of approximately 10 visits. Second, I was repeatedly pressured to do an amnio, which I did not do. I did however, do the new blood test to detect down syndrome. To date, the insurance company has not received all the information from Dr. Scott's office to process my claim for the 2k test. Third, expect to wait an hour or more beyond your apt. time to be seen. Fourth, bring your own chair. They get so behind that they run out of sitting space. Fifth, do not expect to reach them by telephone. They do not answer the phone and will not return voicemails. Sixth, with the exception of one woman (middle-aged African-American woman), the office staff is rude and unprofessional. I absolutely hate this place.

This place is a mess. I was sent there to do prenatal testing. Lab technician sent my test to the wrong labs, not covered by my insurance. I left dozens of messages, they never called back, finally when I was able to talk to them, they promised to investigate and have this bill cancelled. Promised it will not be my responsibility, but, what do you know, two weeks later I am getting collections letters and calls. I don't even get me started on average 2 hours waiting (how can they constantly run 2 hours behind appointment times?) I don't know any person in his right mind who will choose this office as their OBGYN place. Rude, incompetent, negligent, lying to your face....a mess.

For my NT I spent there almost 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!! simple test that suppose to take 20 minutes max took them almost 4 hours....my second visit i was suppose to do the integrated test....guess what....they forgot to let me know they messed up on the first visit with the blood and now they cant do the second part of the test....all that took them more than an hour and NO BLOOD was taken from me after all.not professional at all. bad customer serviceover all-never ever again

doctors great knowledgeable - office staff - clueless, lost and not assistive to patients - kind of like lost in translation - they are not the best part of the vist they are indeed the worst.think more is needed in terms of customer skills and going the extra mile to please customers.

I went for my appt today to see this doctor an I waited four hours.. I did not have anything to eat and they still wanted to draw blood. I will not be going back if you should go an see this doctor make sure you bring a cooler with food and drinks you well need it......

This was my second appoinment to see this Doctor Scott. The first appt I did not see her I saw a ARNP. The follow up visit I arrived at 1:30pm for a 2pm appt an was giving a ultrasound which was timely but after that I was placed back in the waiting room area for the Doctor. It was after 5pm an was still in the waiting area. If you should go to this Dr. Scott office pack two lunches they are not good with appointment times. I cannot say anything about the Docctor because I never met her.
