Have been going to Dr. Tharpe for over 20 years. She is very caring and goes the extra mile for her patients. I am very satisfied with the care she has provided for me.

Dr. Tharpe is the best doctor I have seen in my life. I have lived in over 5 states and she is "The Greatest". She seems to care about her patients more than the money. which is rare these days. Her southern charm is just wonderful!! When you are not feeling well and go into her office her voice just gives you a little boost. Her bedside manner is excellent and if she feels that a referral to another physician is need she will not hesistate to send you out and follow up to make sure you are getting the best care. She is a really loving caring doctor.The only problem is my family was transferred to North Carolina and she would not come with us!!

I've been seeing Dr. Tharpe for years and she is a caring and informed Doctor. She now has an NP (Ladson) as well whom I like very much and it has made it easier for me to get an appointment; even next day.

After several years as my internist, this doctor terminated me on the grounds of my having missed an appointment though more likely because I am an older patient on Medicare. While this might be good for her business, I believe it to be unethical.
