She has tried many medications to help decrease the amount of migraines I have and we have found the right one now.

I have been going to Dr.Nagineni 's office for quite sometimes, she has really helped me get the right medications to help decrease the amount of migraines I have, and I very grateful. However, I am never able to reach a person when I call and the recording always says send a email. I have done that twice and have not received a response.

Dr. Naganeni was very compassionate, understood my problem (Bells Palsy) She prescribed a medication to be taken 3x a day, and to come back in three months. After taking the med for 1 1/2 days, I was so dizzy I could not stand alone and needed help to walk across the room. I emailed her nurse's office, asked what to do. No answer. Two days later, I emailed again and got a response, saying to take the medication only as needed. Bell's Palsy is a 24/7 affliction.....it does not come and go. I am now waiting for another answer. The staff was helpful when I was in the office, could not have been nicer. However, the communications system is awful. When calling you are put on hold and a recording tells you that you will get faster service if you email.....I did and it took a second email to get a response. You get the recording whether you are trying to make an appointment, get a question answered or change an appointment. Wait time for an appointment is over a month and then was… called to say that they would have to reschedule me another month later. The Doctor is great, the staff is great, but the system of communication is not acceptable. Brenda McClure

I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see Dr Naganini. She takes care to discover things other doctors dont such as stress, availability of home assistance, not just in and out.

Dr Nagineni always explains her exam completely so that we can understand. Staff is friendly & competent.

I read so many other reviews d/t being nervous that I would not find a doctor that would listen about my migraines. Well-- I chose well Dr Lavanya listened, asked my opinion. and took LOTS of time with me. I will be returning. Office staff was VERY welcoming. First time in a while I walked away from any doctor this satisfied and positive.
