After having my yearly lab work done, a person from Dr. Reyes' staff (who did not identify herself as a nurse nor delivered the results in a medical, nurse-like manner) called to follow up and mainly wanted to get me in again for another appointment without telling me what the concern was. My previous long-time doctor (retiring) always personally called me to follow up on blood-work results, whether they were good or needed attention. He was transparent & communicative about the situation and didn't make me book an appointment just to tell me the results that he quickly shared on the phone call. Maybe this personal aspect of health care is changing, but I felt like this office just wanted to book as many appointments as possible and didn't truly care about my health.

Dr. Reyes is a very knowledgeable doctor and never rushes us. She takes the time to understand our medical problems and we trust her judgement.

I found Dr. Reyes to be pleasant, but when it came to my health care she allowed her own personal views and opinions to override my individual care. She does not separate one patience's needs from another. I found her to be as best described as someone pushing there religious or political views, but in medical terms. She DID NOT CARE WHAT I THOUGHT OR EVEN CONSIDER IT. Dr. Reyes feels she is above her patients and I found this out after reading her personal notes she had written about me that were untrue and showed me to be someone of incompetence. If you have no say, opinion or if you do not have disagreement with Dr. Reyes in any way then she is the DOCTOR for you.

Dr Reyes is a very nice person, she is like a friend and you can talk to her like one. You feel very comfertable with her.
