Dr.Blass made me feel very comfortable and at ease when I went 2 him in regards 2 a lesion in my anal area. I was scared n embarassed 2 talk or show any1 what I was going thru, but the discomfort n pain from this lesion was getting unbearable so I made the appnt 2 meet him. Immediately he came into rm n was very concerned n had GR8 bed side manner that made me feel relaxed n made me feel unashamed of what I was dealing with. Now he did a biopsy on the lesion n got results back n was str8t forward with results of precancerous cells and that another procedure was needed 2 remove more of the area 2 make sure he removed all necessary infected area. Now rmbr i have already been thru 1 of these Procedures n I tell ya that afterwards it was very uncomfortable. But he explained the seriousness of this turning into a cancer ordeal if he doesn't act fast n remove more n do more tests. He took the scariness out of me n made me feel at ease by showing compassion n explained the seriousness of my… ordeal. Now mind me i just met this guy n never seen him around the island n he made me feel as if I was his patient for years. I highly recommend this Dr 2 any1 facing any issues in some embarrassing spots or of any issue that is in his field of expertise cause he will make you feel at ease n u r nmbr 1 on his mind when he is n the rm with u m explain in detail what u r going thru n what is needed to resolve it. His surgical team at the surgical center that consists of nurses n anesthesia drs n many assnts are ALL wonderful n don't make u feel uncomfortable or embarrassed of what n why u r in their office 2 have any or whatever procedure that u r having. Thank you 2 all that was involved in my procedure n I'm actually not scared anymore to have my next procedure done in a cpl weeks.
