#1,This office is way too busy for the staff they have, they have one person answering the phone triaging the call never answering the ringing phone between. I have let the phone ring for 10 whole mins before any one answered ridiculous. #2, seen pa who was seeing me using another persons medical chart we have same name, but the pa said she seen the photo of me and thought it was strange that My medical info didn't add up but thought I had just loss weight. # 3, Dr. Fusco and staff in too big of rush and over look the obvious. Husband having problems with blood in urine and back pain all was done was given antibiotic when seen kidney Dr he said anytime back pain and blood in urine possible kidney stone, and ct scan or ultrasound should be ordered, and neither were done had to establish appt for ct and urologist on our own. Don't recommend. We will be going elsewhere
