My son has a skin condition called Pleva. We been seeing a difference dr at the same office of Dr.G. Our dr wasn't available, so we had to see Dr.G for my son's unusual looking rash. Dr.G said it was a bug bite and did a culture test. I told the dr. that it isn't a bug bite, because it started as his usual rash and turned black and very painful to touch. Dr. G insisted it's bug bite. Turned out it wasn't. My son now has a open wound that looks nasty and took antibiotic for nothing. This dr. needs to listen to patients better. But, that's not my main complaint here. Dr.G did not wear his mask properly during the exam and even told my son who is not 12 to take off his mask if he wishes, because dr himself is vaccinated and is safe, no harm. I was very surprised. After the exam, I talked to the front desk and was waiting for a call from the office manager. instead, the dr. himself called me. he said it was a misunderstanding and again said he is fully vaccinated and is no harm.… I told him, the science says that even fully vaccinated people can get the covid and spread it to others. Guess what he said. "WHATEVER". Wow, a Dr. who doesn't believe in science! He tells his patients to take off masks in the exam room if they want to. I told him, the office lobby has a sign that says, ' masks are still required'. His response was, "only in the lobby". I just can't believe this guy's behaviors as a Dr. The most ignorant Dr I have ever met.

I've been going to him with various minor complains and checks and he always finds a good word to make me feel better plus that he is always helpful and quick in addressing any issues.

Dr Gogenola is great! I would recommend him to anyone; he is prompt , puts me at ease; and is alway courteous, prompt and makes me laugh! on a scale of 1-10 he's a 10!!!!! Thanks Dr. G- our family loves you!!!!!

In my first visit he treated so well that all the marks on my face were cleared which were there since a year.Wonderful doctor and very friendly.
