Dr. Lawrence S Gorfine, MD

I overheard the nurse that 3 people cancelled their procedures already today, and that was the last straw. Dr Gorfine has a one track mind with one injection procedure after another, and never actually resolved my pain. I am much worse off than when I started several months ago.

When I first met Dr. Gorfine I could barely walk.Both my ankles where torn so bad and my knees had tears and arthritis.I had spent about a year in bed before I found him.I was a serious runner and martial artist half my life at this point which was partly the cause of the knee damage.I wore a pair of those stupid step up sneakers to run in intensely after the second day I was crawling up the stairs.damage done.Dr Gorfine was honest with me from the start and every time I see him.I like that in a person especially in my Dr.He has never made me a promise he could not deliver.What he has done is greeted me every visit with a smile that just makes me forget I'm at the Dr.'s office and tricks me into thinking I'm visiting my dear friend or family member.He has a great way of putting nerves to ease.Then its down to business. He tells it like it is.During procedure he is ultra prepared.Always calm and professional with that great contagious smile.Oh and don't get me started on the staff they… are so incredible they all need their own reviews.I had 4 prp treatments on ankles.4 on knees.I had to be patient it has taken time and rest.faith and great people who I never could have gotten here without.no pain in my ankles.Just finished my last prp on my knees. I am taking my time but so far so great!! Anyone considering a Dr. or office.Look no further.I love these people and they are the best at what they do!!

Dr. Gorfine is the most caring and compassionate doctor you can ever find, he really understands pain and how miserable it can make your life, so he works with you until your pain is gone.These days is almost impossible to find a doctor that give you more than 10 minutes, Dr. Gorfine listens and talks to you for as long as necessary to understand your pain, from the beginning you'll notice the difference between regular doctors and one who really cares like him.
