Dr. Lawrence B Grodin, DDS

The WORST AND MOST GREEDY UNETHICAL INCOMPETENT Dentist ever. He talks very sweet to promise you good results but poor workmanship, does not take responsibility of his poor work. He is Very Greedy, unethical and perform unnecessary services. Him and his staff are there to just make money off of you. I went in 2012-2013 with issue of food getting between my 2 teeth. He ended up doing three crowns which were not needed and other fillings etc. Ever since I had bad breath issue and I still have the food getting between my same 2 teeth he did crowns. I went back and one of his assistance (very incompetent guy) performed unnecessary Xrays and did nothing and billed me $194 (to just look at it). To date, I had the same problem I initial went for prior to all the unnecessary crown work they did. During my temporary crown they all came loose and now I found out the reason of my bad breath is the loose crown on my bottom right side molar, and I went back to see him to have this remedied. Instead… of fixing the problem of his incompetency, and re-cementing it he want more Xrays and more money to just put it back. I asked him that I had cown on similar molar on left side since 20 years and have zero problem and he blamed it on me. I am Ex Engineer from IBM and This is my first negative review of any body in my life and I am obligated to do so to make other patients aware of him and his practice and not suffer what I have been gone through for last few years. If you want just the cleaning etc then go ahead but be aware do not get sucked into his sweet talk and end up in situation like mine. The whole staff is very manipulative, just be smart and do not let them misguide you to have unnecessary work done. I personally have nothing to do with this dentist but the poor and unnecessary work he performed.

Thorough cleaning and check-up by hygienist and Dr. Doctor gives a pain free injection...so much so that I didn't even realize he was giving it to me.
