When I made the appt they told me first appt take about two hours. I arrived ten minutes before my appt time. I waited 45 minutes to get registered, while other patients got registered and taken back while I sat ( they came after me and saw the same dr). Finally I was called back after waiting another half hour. The "nurse" spent two minutes with me and I waited again. The dr came in about 1.5 hours after I arrived. He spent about ten minutes with me, telling me there was nothing he could do. I finally left exactly two hours after arriving. I was not impressed.

I severely broke my elbow (or funny bone) in 2005. I was "rushed" out of town to Riverside Hospital where Dr. Lubbers performed a 6 1/2 hr. surgery on my arm. Due to the severity of my break, that one surgery turned into 3 within a 9 month period, all performed by Dr. Lubbers. After piecing my bones together with rods and pins and moving my ulnar nerve, I was able to begin physical therapy immediately. This was life changing for me, as I couldn't touch my head or feed myself with that hand. My elbow was simply "stuck". Dr. Lubbers and his staff never gave up on me. 6 years later my range of motion is well enough that I can do anything anyone else can do. I would recommend Dr. Lubbers and his staff to anyone!
