Raines is not just a poor doctor (I had to report him to the state for unethical and negligent behavior) he is also a substandard human being.

Profoundly unreliable. Incredible uncommunicative. and, seriously unhelpful. If wasting your time and money on a doctor who will cancel appointments, not be around to fill prescriptions, and disappear for weeks on end is your thing, then Dr. Raines is the perfect doctor for you. Oh yeah, he is also dishonest and unethical. Reported to state medical board.

I was in real trouble, and Dr. Raines helped me figure things out. His approach is direct and he knows his stuff. If you need a doctor not trying to rush you out in 10 minutes, he's the one.

Dr. Raines is a wonderful doctor. I saw two others prior to finding him and it was an immediate click. I am so thankful to have found him and to be his patient.

After a few misses in looking for a physician, Dr. Raines was recommended to me by my primary care. He has never disappointed me and has helped me to improve my quality of life.

I highly recommend Dr. Raines. He listens carefully and intently to me and really cares. He is an excellent physician. He is clearly an expert in his field.
