Dr. Le Tran Notarfrancesco, MD

I experienced extreme trauma and was assigned under her care. My experience with her was disappointing and unjust. She lied to me about not being able to get work extension while being depressed, anxious, and completely full of negative symptoms. She put me in a three week intense therapy course, just to extend my stay. Afterwards, I complained to my provider and changed her because she had excuses about not extending while I desperately needed it. The next doctor was so caring and kind. He didn't even give the pathetic excuses as in I had no way of out instead of returning to work. She definitely made me feel twice stressed while under so much trauma.

I have been under the care of many psychiatrists but was never properly medicated until I started seeing Dr. Le T Notarfrancesco. She is kind, compassionate, and knows her stuff! Kaiser can make getting mental healthcare extremely difficult, but I know Dr. Le T Notarfrancesco will always do her best to help me when I need it!

Dr. Le T Notarfrancesco. I had a phone appointment at 11:40 she called late at 11:56 simply just wanted to talk about my blood test results and see what she thought. My test was for testosterone my levels were 471 ng/dl standard is 240-871 and my free calculated was 11.6 ng/dl standard is 7-36.7 i've talked to my uncle who is a DR and read online that free calculated is the level you want to pay attention to as that is the one that binds to muscle and bones. Me being a 24 year old male that's healthy I felt like 11.6 could be higher I asked her and she insisted that I am WELL into the standard range and shouldn't worry as I opened up and said a few of my symptoms she then told me I gave you my opinion I suggest you switch medical doctors if you want further help with a kind of aggressive tone I didn't feel comfortable to ask anything else I was just looking for advice on what I could do to help I than heard her phone ring in the background during the call and she ended the conversation… quickly saying goodbye and hung up I found it very unprofessional and was just looking for suggestions on what I could do to help increase my levels but she obviously didn't have the time or care to continue the conversation which just bummed me out I hope all the best for her professional career and happiness in life. Hopefully in the future she'll be a bit more sympathetic towards patients.

I came to see Dr Notarfrancesco. Over the course of 5 months, I went thru 3 medications- Buspar, Prozac, and Gabapentin. None of them worked. My anxiety was very severe and after a few weeks on each of them, I tried emailing her to ask for a higher dosage or a different medication. All she told me was to keep taking it. I had to wait weeks until she would change the medication, despite my anxiety getting more and more severe. Ok, but not the most attentive doctor.
