Dr. Leah E Heinlen, MD

Dr. Heinlen really needs to learn some manners when dealing with patients. First, she did not knock at the door before entering which startled me. I also noticed that she was a bit rude and assumed things about me that were not true. I felt that she tried to be polite but it was a bit hard for her to hide her bias and hate. Would never recommend her for the way she made me feel.

Dr Heinlen has always been extremely dismissive and she discards any problems a patient is having. As the other reviewer said, she is can be very rude. I suggest finding a different practitioner.

Do not see Dr. Heinlen. She's super condescending and not very helpful at all. I've seen her twice (second time to give her another chance) and regretted immediately.

My wait time is always minimal, the staff is very nice and it's always easy to make an appointment. She is an excellent physician and is always very thorough.

My insurance had changed. I called the office to see if they took my new insurance. I was told that yes they could take this insurance for a short time. When I saw Dr. Heinlen for an appointment no one asked me if my insurance had changed. It was only when I was in the office with Dr. Heinlen that that insuranc was mentioned. Dr. Heinlen became enraged that I had gotten in to see her with insurance they don't accept.She stated,"After I've gone over your meds and spent time with you, now I won't get paid". She also comment that IF I get a job with insurance then I could go back to see her. It will a cold day in ****before I step foot in that office again.
